This website is operated by Hike Flow LLC. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Hike Flow", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hike Flow LLC.
These terms apply to your access to and use of hike-flow.com, including purchases made through the site and any related services we provide.
By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced within them — our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Please review them before ordering. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or purchase through it.

Our store runs on a third-party e-commerce platform. The purchase contract is between you and Hike Flow LLC.
2. Using our online store
You may use our site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
An account isn't required — guest checkout is available. If you create one, keeping your login details secure is your responsibility, as is activity under the account.
You may not use the site or our products in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of another person, interferes with the normal operation of the site, or attempts to compromise its security. You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology.
Where we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously breached, we may suspend or terminate access. Orders already confirmed will still be fulfilled.
3. General conditions
We may suspend, limit or restrict access to our site when reasonably necessary — for maintenance, security, suspected fraud, misuse of the site or a serious breach of these terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or commercially exploit a substantial portion of our site, content, products or services without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect the meaning of these terms.
4. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information displayed on our site accurate and current. Occasional errors, omissions or outdated information may still occur.
We may correct, revise or update site content when necessary. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law if information related to your purchase was materially inaccurate or misleading.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and the total displayed is the total you pay — no duties, no handling fees, and nothing collected on delivery.
The price that applies is the one displayed at checkout when you submit your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation. Later price changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.
Obvious pricing errors aren't binding on us. Where one affects your order, we'll contact you and you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel that item for a full refund.
Products may be changed, discontinued, replaced or become unavailable. Availability isn't guaranteed until your order has been accepted.
6. Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including their primary features, colors, materials and appearance.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting. Packaging, presentation and minor design details may occasionally differ from images shown without materially changing the product.
Sizes are given as a range and vary slightly between styles.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws regarding products that are defective, materially different from their description, or that otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
7. Product claims
Our products are not medical devices. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
We describe features such as cushioning, arch support, grip and water resistance so you can judge whether a product suits your use. Those are design characteristics, not clinical claims.
If you have a foot condition, a circulatory condition or another clinical need, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before buying.
8. Orders and order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products selected.
An automated order acknowledgement isn't final acceptance. We may need to verify payment, inventory, shipping information or other order details.
The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped.
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary — including suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing errors, inventory shortages or misuse of a promotion. Where payment has been taken and we cancel, we refund in full.
Cancelling before shipment is free of charge. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.
9. Your order details
You're responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information when placing an order — your name, email address, billing information, payment details and shipping address.
Spotted an error after ordering? Contact us at support@hike-flow.com as soon as possible. We can amend shipping details up until your order ships, though we can't guarantee a change once processing has begun.
10. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, and we don't store your complete card details. By submitting payment information you confirm you're authorized to use that method.
Orders may be subject to reasonable verification and fraud-prevention checks. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
11. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery — not when the package is handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll open the investigation with the carrier ourselves.
Shipping estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, holidays and unusually high order volumes.
Where we can't ship within the stated timeframe — or within 30 days if no timeframe was given — we'll notify you and you may choose to wait for a revised date or cancel for a full refund.
12. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. You choose a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
Nothing in our store policies removes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where those apply in your state.
13. Optional and third-party services
Certain features available through our site rely on third-party providers — payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, communications services and website technology providers.
If you choose to use a third-party service, that provider's separate terms, policies and privacy practices may also apply.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. They operate independently from Hike Flow, and we recommend reviewing their terms before using their services or providing personal information. We're not responsible for independently operated third-party websites, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
14. Reviews, feedback and user content
Where our site allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments or suggestions, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant us permission to display, reproduce and use it in connection with our site, products, marketing and services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Your content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing or malicious, and must not be designed to disrupt the site. You confirm that you've disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with a review.
We may review, moderate, restrict or remove user-submitted content when reasonably necessary.

Our collection, use and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences and understand how it's used. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
16. Errors and corrections
Our site may occasionally contain errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or shipping charges.
We may correct such errors and change, update or cancel affected orders, including after you've placed one. Where we cancel for this reason, we refund in full.
17. Site availability
We aim to keep the site available and working, but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults and circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions.
Nothing in this section affects an order we've already accepted.
18. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it.
Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Our products are supplied for personal and household use. Where it may lawfully be excluded, we're not responsible for business losses.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hike Flow LLC and its officers, employees, agents, contractors and service providers against reasonable claims, losses and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
20. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, labor action, technical failures or government action.
Nothing in this section removes statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery.
21. Termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the site. You may stop using it at any time.
Where you materially breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Orders already confirmed will still be fulfilled, and amounts owed up to the termination date remain payable.
Sections covering intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, governing law and privacy survive termination.
22. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, contact us at support@hike-flow.com. We respond within one business day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most issues directly and considerably faster — a bank dispute typically takes 30 to 90 days. That doesn't affect your right to file one if you need to.
Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or from exercising any right available under the consumer protection laws of your own state.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date above.
Changes don't apply retroactively to orders we've already accepted.
24. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Hike Flow LLC.
Ambiguities won't be construed against the drafting party.
Assignment: you may not transfer or assign these terms without our written consent. We may transfer or assign them without notice.
